Established in 2021 by the managing director Guy Javarone the business was a natural progression from painting and decorating and a vision to bring a whole new level of professionalism to the trade.

It started from a desire to provide an exceptional service to clients through the detailed preparation of surfaces and maintenance as necessary before applying paint. As demand for these services broadened Guy Javarone established M&MS LLC, a property maintenance company, to fill a gap in the market.

M&MS LLC now provides property owners and managers with practical solutions to every maintenance challenge, which can be anything from refurbishing a residential property, through to full office refurbishment, supplying maintenance teams to any site and everything in between.
